A North Dakota group is under fire for spending federal disaster relief funds on “unallowable or questionable” items, including a good amount of booze.
How does the group’s president, Mark Weber, respond?
“We would go out to supper and have a beer or two,” Weber said. “These are things people do when they’re getting something done.”
